# Security and Compliance Add-ons

> Pricing for audit logging, SSO, directory sync, and SIEM integrations

## Audit Logging

Audit logging records all API activity and user actions in your organization. This feature is available as an add-on for all pricing tiers.

### Base Pricing

<Note>
  **Temporary Pricing:** Currently \$10/month flat fee per organization (not based on user count). This pricing will transition to \$10 per month per 5 users with at least 30 days advance notice before the change takes effect.

* Price: \$10 per month per 5 users
* Billing is not prorated
* Cancellation ends at the end of the billing period (no refunds)

### Example Billing (Future Pricing)

When the per-user pricing takes effect:

* 1-5 users: \$10/month
* 6-10 users: \$20/month
* 11-15 users: \$30/month

  Subscribe to the Audit Logging add-on from your organization's audit logs page in the dashboard.

  Audit logs are retained for 30 days by default.
</Note>

## Single Sign-On (SSO)

SSO allows users to authenticate using your organization's identity provider. A subscription is required to configure and use SSO.

### Pricing

* \$150 per month per connection
* Billing is prorated
* Cancellations will take effect the following day

If you disable SSO in the middle of a billing period, you receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the month starting the next full day.

## Directory Sync

Directory sync automatically provisions and deprovisions users based on your organization's directory service. A subscription is required to configure and use Directory Sync.

### Pricing

* \$150 per month per directory sync
* Billing is prorated

If you disable directory sync in the middle of a billing period, you receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the month starting the next full day.

## Extended Audit Log Retention

Extended retention stores audit logs for 12 months instead of the default 30 days. This feature is required for SIEM integrations.

### Pricing

* \$50 per month per 5 users
* Billing is not prorated
* Uses the same user grouping as base audit logging

### Example Billing

If your organization has 12 users:

* Base audit logging: \$30/month (3 groups of 5 users)
* Extended retention: \$150/month (3 groups of 5 users)
* Total: \$180/month

## SIEM Integrations

SIEM integrations stream audit logs to external security information and event management platforms like Datadog.

### Requirements

* Extended audit log retention (12 months) must be enabled

### Pricing

* \$150 per SIEM connection
* Billing is not prorated

### Total Cost Example

For an organization with 8 users connecting to one SIEM platform:

* Base audit logging: \$20/month (2 groups of 5 users)
* Extended retention: \$100/month (2 groups of 5 users)
* SIEM connection: \$150/month
* **Total: \$270/month**
